About the artist
Harry Morgan (born 1990 in Manchester, UK) is a British sculptor who specializes in the fusion of concrete and hand-pulled glass. He completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Glass at the Edinburgh College of Art in 2014. His studio practice is based in Edinburgh. The artist's sculptures reference ancient Venetian glassblowing traditions alongside architectural concrete casting techniques. His oeuvre has been featured internationally in exhibitions across Europe, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. Institutional holdings include the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the European Museum of Modern Glass in Coburg, Germany.
