Monkeybird

Founded in 2010, the Monkey Bird Crew collective, which lives and works in Paris, is made up of two artists from Bordeaux, Louis Boidron and Edouard Egea. Meeting at design school, they began their artistic practice on the streets with stencils. Renowned for the precision of their strokes in an anthropomorphic universe, the animals they depict reflect human concerns through the symbols they sow in their works. Attached to urban art, their works have invaded the walls of numerous cities around the world, including Paris, Amsterdam and New Delhi. In 2016, they created a gigantic 32-meter-high fresco for the Grenoble Street Art Fest, pushing back the boundaries of urban art.
