Milomir Kovacevic

Milomir Kovačević (b. 1961, Čajniče, former Yugoslavia) is a Bosnian photographer known for documenting Sarajevo before and during the war with a rare insider’s perspective. Since moving to Paris in 1995, he has explored memory, identity, and community through powerful black-and-white images. His work has been shown internationally, including at the Centre Pompidou and the International Center of Photography in New York.
