Dajiù

Born in Nice, France, Dajiù is a digital artist who lives and works in Versailles. After an academic training in art, he discovered digital art, in which he pursued his career. At the age of 20, the artist was running a graphic production studio when he met Jean-Paul Najar, haute-couture designer and collector, whom he followed to Barcelona for a year. He then settled in Paris for 15 years, before traveling to Asia for 6 years to discover the cultures of Shanghai and Singapore. His work is rooted in this cultural plurality, drawing inspiration from Asian art as well as French masters such as Jean Dubuffet, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Niki de Saint-Phalle.
