Christophe Jehan

Born in 1961, Christophe Jehan is an artist living and working in France. After an initial career as an architect, he decided to devote himself to his art. He quickly imagined his own universe, a fantasy world where candid characters and naïve animals rub shoulders with humor. The bright, irresistibly cheerful colors of his palette give him a style all his own, classifying him among the so-called "free figuration" painters. Christophe Jehan first exhibited in Saint Jean de Luz, where he attracted a large public, then in Biarritz, Cap Ferret, Paris, etc. He subsequently took part in major contemporary art shows, notably those in Brussels and Paris. Since 1999, his work has been exhibited exclusively and permanently at the 4 Galerie Estades sites in Paris, Lyon, Toulon and Baden-Baden (Germany).
