Hom Nguyen
Born in Paris in 1972, Hom Nguyen is a French artist. Self-taught, he is a master in the art of portraiture. Although his paintings are figurative, his dynamic brushwork is reminiscent of Jackson Pollock's abstract expressionist practice. His engaging portraits reveal the social disparities of our society. His work has been exhibited around the world, including at the Montresso Art Foundation in Marrakech (Morocco) in 2017, in Hong Kong (China) in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and in France at the Hôtel des Invalides in Paris in 2022 and the Musée d'art et d'histoire Paul-Éluard in Saint-Denis in 2023.
